A benefit concert to raise funds for the ongoing search for Stacy Peterson, the missing Bolingbrook mother of two, will take place at 1 p.m. Sunday, March 2, at 115 Bourbon Street, 3359 W. 115th St., Merrionette Park.

Tickets for the concert — featuring four live bands, buffet, soft drinks, drawings and a variety of auction items — cost $30 at the door, or $25 via www.groovetickets.com prior to the event.

Money raised will go toward paying expenses incurred by volunteers for such things as lodging, gas and supplies for air and water searches, said Carol Penning, one of the event organizers.

Bands scheduled to play are Johnny Russler and the Beach Bum Band, Eric Mantel and Band, One Night Stand, and Scott DuBose and the 101 Ranch.

Information can also be obtained by going online at www.FindStacyPeterson.com.

The event is sponsored by Friends of Stacy Peterson, which is organizing another fundraiser for the spring in the Bolingbrook area.
