A Will County judge will wait until May 22 to decide the fate of 11 guns seized from Drew Peterson’s home, the judge said Tuesday.

After hearing arguments from Peterson’s lawyers and state prosecutors, Judge Richard Schoenstedt said he needed more time to reach a decision but said he agreed with Peterson’s attorneys on at least one argument.
