Soft on Drew? I don’t remember that. I remember that she couldn’t get an interview with him because she refused to agree to Brodsky’s demand that she not ask any timeline questions.
Soft is Mancow kissing up to these the dueling idiots! I never thought Greta was soft. As Facs said, Brodsky had a hissy fit for months and wouldn’t go on her show because she asked valid questions – where was your client, what was his timeline, during the hours that Stacy went missing.

I sometimes wonder if Brodsky is doing such a bad job with this because the stupider drew looks, the more controversial he is, the more attention he gets and the more we discuss. He is rubbing his hands together with glee because he thinks, in his own words, that he is going to get a book deal out of it. I wonder if he personally gives a rats bum whether or not he is working in drew’s best interests.

It is funny that Mancow held up the photo of the cowardly lion along with Drew’s photo. That was one of my first thoughts about him when I first saw a picture of him.
LOL, the resemblance is uncanny.
I wonder what made Mancow change his opinion? Maybe he is just pretending to like the POS because he sees him as a ratings grab. Either way, Mancow sounds like a total &^%^* and obviously has no morals.
Greta called it an “awkward and telling exchange” and then asked what the viewer’s take is on it (Drew’s slip).
I am reading ” Erased: missing women and murdered wives ” by Marilee Strong. Put this one on your short list of library books, thats for sure. I can hardly put it down. It seems these men who erase all act and think similiar. Drew thinks he invented something. Not hardly. I wonder who Drew is inspiring right now.

I did a summary of the thing. If anyone hears something contrary to what I heard let me know. It was very hard to hear a lot of it.
Hmmm – Interesting that the list of 3 things that are said about Drew that are off-base don’t include 1) He didn’t harm Stacy, 2) he didn’t kill Kathleen, and 3) he is innocent. That would have been my answer if I were his lawyer.
And my answer to what I’d say to people that said Drew seemed uncaring and like he probably did it – I wouldn’t just say show me some credible evidence – I’d say he was innocent.
Man the sound quality of that call was either horrible or Brodsky had chicken wings in his mouth while he was talking…

Q. Can you list three things that have been said about Drew that are completely off-base?
TAI, that’s just what I was thinking. JB, ace defense lawyer, forgot to mention that his client was innocent!
I’ve heard him say before that they did some sort of test with the tub and that it took a few hours for the water to drain away with the plug in.
To me it doesn’t help or hurt the case that the water was gone. Kathleen drowned. Obviously, whoever set it up was going to leave her in a full tub afterwards. No one would be stupid enough to drown a person and then try to plant her corpse in a dry bathtub. The most logical thing would be that he filled the tub and that it slowly drained over the next day or so. So, i can accept that explanation.

I just saw the blurb about tomorrow’s story on Fox Chicago at 9pm.
They show a reporter talking with a man.
Man: I was shocked.
Announcer: This man has never before seen documents linking Drew Peterson to the death of his wife Stacy
Man: They have more than enough to make an arrest.
Announcer: Bombshell evidence that could do Drew in. What Peterson’s lawyer wants, we already have.
Reporter: Why did you come forward?
Announcer: Tomorrow at 9 on Fox Chicago news.
Does it look like a Savio relative to you?
OK, I might be getting the times mixed up (I’m not good at maths at the best of times), but according to my computer it is a little before midnight in the US at the moment?
If that’s the case, does that mean the show is still another 21 hours or so away? How groundbreaking can it be if they are waiting till then to show it?

TAI – you heard that it was linking Drew to Stacy? That I didn’t catch. It’s such a fast speaking tease, it’s hard to follow. But, the man did look like a Savio relative to me. I guess my mind just jumped to conclusions that he was referring to documents relating to Kathleen. Otherwise, it was definitely about never before seen documents. Bombshell evidence.
I can’t tell who the person is. They weren’t very tall, had dark (thinnng) hair, olive skin, a beard (kind of like a goatee kind) glasse, a tattoo almost all the way around his neck, and he was average sized for a guy.
I don’t think it is necessarily Kathleen’s nephew becuase Fox is saying the news is proof linking Drew to Stacy’s death – not Kathleen’s death. I don’t think any discovery the Savio family could do would include information related to Stacy would it? And I don’t think they could have started discovery yet since the case was just filed and it didn’t enter the discovery phase yet.
Guess we have to wait until 9pm tomorrow night unless someone outscoops Fox before then.
I’m really starting to think it’s time to get the champagne on ice. Perhaps before the official start of summer? I don’t think he is going to get away with it. I used to, but not anymore.

I have DVR on my cable so I rewinded it until I got everything they said. I just listened to it again to make sure I was not mistaken and it definitely says the evidence could link him to Stacy’s death.
They show a blurry document but it is pretty impossible to tell exactly what it is. I tried freeze-framing it but it looks like something with two columns kind of like a receipt where the left column is left justified and the right column is right justified. The right column looks like numbers but I am not sure. The paper looked bigger than a receipt though.

As for the tub, I think this just another evidence Kathleen was moved there at least a few minutes after being killed. If we add it to livor mortis present on her back, not abdomen, it makes sense.
Drew-idiot must have pour water into the tub but (as it was put by Brodsky)Drew was not a homicide investigator and his know-how was really limited about these things.
I’m still of the belief that he knew he had help to cover his ass so the scene didn’t have to be perfect. At the same time, however, he is obviously not as smart as he thinks he is. He seems to have more homicide experience than most.

Bucket, in the autopsy report we have Bob Diehl, but when O’Neil asked if there was something wrong with the case, he talked to detective/? Deel from ISP.

According to a report from that night, Deputy Coroner Mike VanOver asked Robert Deel, a crime scene technician for the state police, and “detectives if there was any reason to believe that this was a traumatic death and they stated NO, therefore the homicide/suspicious death protocol was not followed.”
I think it makes sense with the link I posted above.
However, they maybe two different people. There is a Robert (Bob) Diehl who is a forensic technician but he lives in Hawaii now (but comes from Illinois).

Apparently Drew will be on in the next two hours with his “new” girlfriend (Chrissy or…?). Also Jeff Goldblatt from Fox who is the one who will be reporting the “bombshell” news later today.
Mancow says he tried to get them both on at the same time but Goldblatt wouldn’t do it.
Mancow just said that Drew is in the building at that Jeff Goldblatt is supposed to do some preview of this bombshell evidence and it will be the first time Drew sees it. They said they will talk about it in the next 3 minutes.

He must indeed be a family member of the Savio’s since this letter somehow got back to the Savio family.
The timeline accounts for a great deal of Drew Peterson’s time. Ask him where he was at 10:59 am, October 28, 2007.

What difference does all this make anymore what “damning” evidence there is, knowing officially where he was when Stacy went missing? If the ISP has gathered evidence and presented it, but the State’s Attorney’s Office is not willing charge him, we get to the place where we are now. Nowhere. Public outrage is one thing. The “Man” charging him is another.

If Glasgow cannot get an inditement, then he needs to resign. Will County, like Crook County, require a deep cleaning. Career politicans and their *heavies* washing eachothers dirty little hands and holding eachothers dirty little secrets, all the while billing taxpayers and protecting eachother. They all need to go no matter who they are!
Make no mistake, Drew was enabled by people in high places who routinely violated Kathleens right to equal protection and some may be in the Will County states attorneys office so how in the hell can Glasgow *investigate* impartially and then the missing documents ? “stolen” from a squad car.
