Drew Peterson will have his guns, vehicles and computers back within 30 days after a Will County judge ordered the state Wednesday to return the items.

Judge Richard Schoenstedt said Peterson can have the items seized by police carrying out a Nov. 1 search warrant within a month provided he agrees to a set of conditions at a Monday, March 17, hearing.

Attorneys for Drew Peterson will be back in Will County court Wednesday morning for a hearing on whether the state should return more than a dozen items seized from Peterson’s home in November.

Police seized the property — 11 guns, two laptops, three desktop computers, and two vehicles — while carrying out a search warrant Nov. 1.
