  1. Haven’t found anything yet about whether Stephen Peterson was home or not the night Kathleen Savio was murdered. If not, possibly, he was working at the time. If so, it would make sense that his gf was home at those late/early morning hours.

According to this report, Stephen Peterson was already on the OBPD when KS was murdered.

    Peterson’s son’s personnel files subpoenaed
    Thursday, December 06, 2007 | 7:17 PM
    By Chuck Goudie

Illinois state investigators have subpoenaed the personnel files of three men with connections to the village of Oakbrook Police Department. Among them: Steve Peterson, one of Drew Peterson’s sons.

Twenty-eight-year-old Steve Peterson has been a patrolman in suburban Oakbrook since 2004, the same year one of his stepmothers, Kathleen Savio, was found dead in a bathtub. The Savio case has been now been reopened.

When Steve Peterson’s current stepmother, Stacy, 23, vanished almost six weeks ago, he was on vacation, according to police sources – a vacation that he extended several times in November…….

The I-Team has learned that state authorities removed Steve Peterson’s police personnel file and other records of his recent patrol activities. Twice, Steve Peterson has also been called in front of a Will County grand jury that is looking into the disappearance of Stacy Peterson…..

The I-Team has also been told by investigators that state police seized the Oakbrook department personnel files of two of Peterson’s closest friends on the force. One recently resigned while under investigation for professional misconduct. The other was recently terminated for lying and unauthorized access of criminal files….

Those who know Drew and Steve Peterson say the men are more like best friends than father and son. Drew was Steve’s best man at his wedding last August…..

Steve and his new wife live in a north Aurora home. She is a federal agent with the inspector general’s office for the U.S. Housing Department.

Teresa Peterson has been questioned by investigators as to her husband’s whereabouts and activities the past six weeks.

If anyone watched Greta tonight (12/14/07), Sharon B was on talking about the Savio case and right at the very end she mentioned something about Steve cheating on someone named Jennifer. Sounded like his girlfriend.

My thought was this..if Steve and the girl he cheated on were living with Stacy and Drew at the time of KS’s death, someone needs to find that girl.
Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. She might have some useful info.

Drew Peterson’s son, Stephen, receives suspension from Oak Brook police

Stephen Peterson, son of Drew Peterson and a two-and-a-half year veteran of the Oak Brook Police Department, received an eight-day unpaid suspension Wednesday after an Oak Brook Board of Fire and Police Commissioners disciplinary meeting found him guilty for testifying before a grand jury in Will County in uniform and driving a marked Oak Brook squad car there.

I respect your opinion and I think talking to anyone that used to live in that house would be a great idea for investigators. I am not sure if Sharon was correct when she said Steves girlfriend lived there but its worth looking into.

I’m glad to hear he is a good guy and will do what is right…….. DP’s neighbor Sharon said that Steve and his gf lived with DP and SP for two years when she first moved there. He and the gf broke up when she found out he was cheating on her.

    That’s just what I heard.

    Thanks, Facs.

Yes, I hope he did and is doing the right thing. Having a father that is a suspect in at least one disappearance/presumed homicide doesn’t mean you have to be an enabler. He certainly deserves the benefit of the doubt.

  6. I contacted the Oakbrook Police Department. I told them I was a blogger here and asked for date of Stephen Peterson’s hire.

    We’ll see if I get anything. 😀

  7. Well, I got a reply:
Per Chief Sheahan, we cannot give out that information.

And I forwarded the message to Danya, who can verify that it came from a reliable source. 😀

Don’t think there is any need to give you the name of the person who replied.

Audience: Oh Yes. We love it.

Joel: That is great. I picked it myself.

  9. I don’t see why that’s such a big secret, about his start date. If the salaries of all of the Cook County and City of Chicago workers are posted online for the taxpayers to see, the start dates of municipal workers shouldn’t be the best kept secret of all time. That’s baloney!

  10. I hope he remembers the old saying:

“You can pick your clients, and you can pick your nose, but you mustn’t pick your client’s nose.”

  11. Steve’s was one of the names that came up when Len talked about Drew thinking that he would be arrested after Grand Jury testimony had been given:

A: He’d come over here – originally Grand Jury was Wednesday – He would come over here on Wednesdays around 3 o’clock and he would sit until about 4:30 – 5:00 and then he’d start making his phone calls to talk to various people who’d been at the Grand Jury and once he found out that a certain someone hadn’t been called in, he would hang up and say, ‘well, that’s good. At least I got one more week.’ He always kept tabs like that.

Q: So he thought he was gonna get arrested?

A: Definitely. It was every Wednesday and he was here faithfully and he would just start making his phone calls and…I’m not so sure that Drew knew exactly how a Grand Jury totally worked, because he would always find out who was there…for instance, he would get off the phone and I would say, “Who was that?” and he’d say, “It was Carcerano – they didn’t call him in again…and plus my son Steve, he isn’t going because he’s going on vacation. So that buys me at least another week.

  12. Is the reason that they aren’t releasing Stephen Peterson’s personnel records is because they have been subpoenaed by ISP while he was on his honeymoon/vacation? If I remember correctly, Steve’s closest friends on the police department lost their jobs due to illegal use of computers and other illegal activities? It sounds like the apple doesn’t fall far….

  14. I have some uneasiness about Stephen myself, but, then again, there’s no reason to believe that he either condones what his father is being investigated for, or is involved in any of it. If he does, indeed care about the fate of the children, then it’s probably wise that he took the money his father turned over to him. After all, being 28 years old, newly married, and making an average salary, doesn’t exactly look like a fairy tale life for someone who is going to have to take on the responsibility of four minor children. Maybe he only comes around occasionally to see his half-siblings. Obviously, he has to have some contact with his father, but it doesn’t mean he’s as shady as he is. At least, I hope not.

As to the night of Kathleen’s murder, heaven only knows what and who is involved in being home when Peterson got back that night, or early morning, whichever it is.

  15. Rescue-Sorry. LOL

Did you know that Stephen was suspended in 2007 for being rude to a citizen. I just read it. He’s been suspended 2 x’s and his two best friends have been terminated. Not such a good guy-IMO

  16. Yeah, I know he has some issues, but I hope he isn’t such a bad guy, and is responsible enough and free of any shady dealings with his father so that he can, indeed, care for those kids if need be!

  17. Oh no-he’s been suspended 3 times.

    1. For being rude to a citizen

    2. Sending an inappropriate message on a police computer.

    3. The GJ stunt.

Wow-he sounds like he’s not such a stand-up guy. At the young age of 28, he’s been suspended 3 times. Sounds like that apple is very close to that tree. Maybe he learned that while working at the BBPD? 😉

  18. Rescue-I don’t think he will get the kids. At least, I hope not. Obviously, he has tons of issues that sound similar to his father. No respect for the system, authority, rules, his job etc. I know many officers and none of them have been suspended ONCE.

  19. Oh, I know he hasn’t exactly endeared himself to the Police Chief of the OBPD. But, yes, you are correct and I was aware that he’s been suspended 3x in his short career.

  20. Rescue-have you ever been suspended from a job? I don’t know anyone that has been. When I see Steve Peterson, he looks like one angry, mean guy. That is just he feeling that I get when I see him. I wonder if he’s ever been involved in DV disputes or if there have been any calls to police where he was involved? I wonder if some reports have been swept under the rug while he was in BB and working for BBPD. I’m not accusing but this guy gives me the creeps and nothing would surprise me.

    Oh carp-I wonder-LOL! Sorry iwonder.

  21. Two bodies found in Romeoville home

ROMEOVILLE – Police and the Will County Coroner’s office on Thursday were investigating the deaths of a man and a woman whose bodies were found in a home Wednesday night.

A source close to the investigation says the home is in the 1000 block of San Mateo Drive in Romeoville.

Initial reports indicate at least one of the deaths is considered a homicide. An autopsy is taking place currently. Police are releasing few details about the deaths, and declined to release the address where the bodies were found or what time.

Could this be them? The heating and air guy who is related to Steve C, and who we think Mike R works for that gave Drew the business cell phone to use?

  22. No, Ducky, I worked for lawyers, so suspensions weren’t factored in. I would have liked to have suspended them for a few things. 🙂

The three suspensions Stephen took are troubling, yes, I must admit.

Now, if he had been suspended for a day for getting “caught” by a higher-up, with nothing better to do, for not having on his clunky hat during a routine traffic stop, I could give him a pass…….. 😉

  23. Well thank to the extraordinary efforts of Acandyrose.com – I found my own answer:

You are correct and I agree, but that is how screwed up the Oak Brook PD is. This was brought up on another thread. All I can say is call the Chief, Tom Sheahan, 630 990 3000 and complain about the waste of tapayer dollars. Steve did NOT enjoy the spotlight that the uniform and squad car brought upon him.

  25. If I remember correctly, George Romita is related to Steve Carcerano’s wife and does own a heating and cooling business, however, I don’t know if he goes by Giorgio.

If we can believe Joel, that money was taken out of the equity from the house, but later put back when Drew realized that half of it belonged to Stacy. So, if that is true Steven doesn’t have that money any longer.

That comment was made by Mucha, right? That was merely his “opinion” not fact. He’s really not on good terms anymore with any law enforcement agency. He’s got bad-boy problems of his own to deal with.

Facs, were the connected to Steve C.?

  30. Rescueapet,

Oh, I didn’t know if it was just his opinion or not.

He seemed to be pretty clear when it was just opinion saying “This is just my opinion, I speak from fact, etc. etc” .. but maybe this time he just forgot to say it and it made it sound like he had first hand information.

I’m aware of his own issues, pretty sure that anyone who knows anyone who met anyone that knew Drew or Stacy or Kathy has had their lives brought to public and all their dirty laundry aired and has been a suspect, or a conspiracy at one point or another.

Let’s just hope that the suspensions on Steven’s record are more of a case of conflict of personalities than a deeper underlying issue.

  31. Seppy – boy, if that isn’t the truth anyone that knows anyone has had their dirty laundry aired, LOL.

I agree about Steve and his issues. I hope, as you say, it is just a conflict of personalities! Especially, for the sake of the kids if he loves them and they love him.

  32. Okay, I just read that article about the dead couple from Romeoville. I saw that on the Tribune website earlier but didn’t give it much attention. I see now that this couple is related to Carcerano’s wife? Oh, boy.

  33. There is also a Christine Tomczak on that block also. A couple who owns a transportation company also. Interesting reguardless of who it was. What a coincidence either way. I am wondering though because they aren’t releasing information, already doing an autopsy on them? They were found last night appearently. If it is the Romita’s Drew isn’t looking to good about now. A shut up silence tactic? Keep your mouth shut or your next type of thing? It probally isn’t them but if it is, Drew isn’t looking to good about now silencing people, or taking out potential witnesses.

  34. FALSE ALARM!
    ——————————————————–
ROMEOVILLE, Ill.– Police responding to a well-being check request from a man who said he was trying to contact his parents for the past couple of days discovered the bodies of the two people living there.

According to Romeoville police Lt. Steven Lucchesi, officers found the front door of the home, in the 1000 block of San Mateo, barricaded by a chair from the inside on Wednesday evening.

Upon entering, police found Diane Chvoy, 59, lying on a bed in a bedroom with an apparent gunshot wound. Her 62-year-old husband, Andrew Chvoy, was found lying on a floor in a utility room, also with an apparent gunshot wound.

One .25 caliber shell casing was found next each of them, and a 6.35 mm handgun was also found. Police said they believe Andrew Chvoy shot his wife and then shot himself.

    The case remains under investigation.

  35. Out on Topix’s Romeoville forum someone named “Info” from Carol Stream posted the following but didn’t cite her source:

  36. I just found the same info too on Channel 5 News Chicago’s website.

Oh, how things can take off……………

  37. Rescue – So true. I’ll tell you what. I work in IT and have found without fail that right after we change something people tend to think every single problem they have is related to that change. 9x out of 10 it is not at all related.

I think it’s pretty natural for people to try to think this way. In fact, just yesterday I had heard they had found a body in a lake due east of Orlando I had immediately thought about little Caylee. Turned out it was an older man that had crashed his bike and fell into the lake.

Imaginations sometimes run a little wild. That is fine as long as we’re able to reel ourselves back to reality. 🙂

Isn’t this a little premature? It could have been natural deaths (although unlikely with 2) … murder/suicide by one of the people who is dead … it’s a big jump to Drew killing off potential witnesses. IMO

OK – Let’s see. It is possible that they got in an argument over watching the news because the husband said that Stacy was hot and Drew had big baggie eyes. When the wife continued to argue with her husband that she wished HE looked half as good as Drew – he shot her and then was afraid of spending time in jail with Drew so he killed himself.

So it indeed could be Drew’s fault.

    How’s that for a link??

In all seriousness though – it seems like you hear a lot in the news about murder-suicides in older couples. It’s really sad.

  44. What’s that you say:

This is my fav of the day thinkabout it.

But yeah, on the serious side, it is a real shame. They are not actually that old, either. This is going to be hard on their family.

We had one in the nbhd a couple years ago too. Shocking, and very sad.

  46. If you haven’t noticed I try to divert anger with humor….

We had an older man across the street and a couple of houses over kill his wife and then go into hiding in the house directly across from us. Scary stuff. Guess he was too afraid to do himself in. They really had seemed like the absolute sweetest couple together whenever I saw them outside of their home. Goes to show – you never know what goes on behind closed doors.

  47. Can’t we all just get along? If this goes into one of those back-and-forth arguments I’m just going to have to sign out for the day or check back to see if things settle down.

Someone has to be the one that is strong enough to stop throwing personal jabs and get back to debating the topic. Stopping doesn’t mean you agree with the person or even like them. It just makes it nicer here for the rest of us.

  48. Thanks Amanda. You must not come here often enough if I don’t get on your nerves. 😉

Amanda-do you know where we can find the 28 page Coroner’s report from Kathleen’s death? I would look on your site but I am banned 😉

  59. Amanda – Sometimes the blogged word just doesn’t come out in a way that will make everyone happy. That is normal and I’ve had times where no matter what I posted someone had an issue with it. I don’t think the initial disagreements are the issue – it is just when it starts taking over the thread. And it definitely is something that takes 2 (or more) people to do.

OK – I’ll get off of my soap box now. I send hugs and kisses to everyone here – even if I don’t agree with them. Mwah!!!

Just go over to Topix and give me some good judging ove there. Seems I pissed someone off over there because they flag every single post as clueless, spam, and nuts.

I shouldn’t laugh but I read there a couple of times and it just looked as if their rating system was perfect ammunition for anyone with a grudge or an Internet obsession.

I’ll check it out if you post a URL – promise I won’t flag you as ‘nuts’. 🙂

  61. thinkaboutit – I can’t remember – how long have you been blogging here, if you’d be so kind as to say?

    Thanks.

Bye everyone. I need to finish up at work and then out to dinner. 🙂

    ****

I haven’t been a poster here too long. More of a reader. I started out at Topix after my sister-in-law’s nephew was killed in Oswego. I kind of happened upon the forum world then and saw more ugliness in people than I ever knew possible quite frankly.

I then stumbled upon LegalPub via a post on Topix which led me to SYM (which I know is a sore spot for people here) and found this place when there seemed to be some cross-forum wars going on to see what all of the hub-bub was about. (BTW- I’m proof you don’t have to be proDrew to be there although I am not antiDrew either – I consider myself proJustice and like to do arm chair investigations.)

I think I came on here sometime back but couldn’t remember my ID/password and which email account I setup my initial ID with. Hence tai2.

  65. Okay, thanks, thinkaboutit. I just don’t remember seeing you until recently.

I didn’t know about LegalPub until that article was written by Brodsky about Morphey. Now, I really don’t go over there much.

  66. I shouldn’t laugh but I read there a couple of times and it just looked as if their rating system was perfect ammunition for anyone with a grudge or an Internet obsession.

From what I recall, the PDF was hosted by AMW and everyone had a link to it (including acandryrose). When it was removed from the AMW servers (for whatever reason), all the links went to ‘404 not found’ . That said, I’m 85% sure that since the link died I have seen screen caps that were made of the pages from the PDF.

I’ve just been poking around looking for them, but I can’t remember where I saw them…and can’t find them.

“Upon entering, police found Diane Chvoy, 59, lying on a bed in a bedroom with an apparent gunshot wound. Her 62-year-old husband, Andrew Chvoy, was found lying on a floor in a utility room, also with an apparent gunshot wound.”

    These aren’t natural deaths.

My question was if it had been established that the Chvoy’s are somehow related to Carcerano through marriage.

It was another couple on that street who at least have the same last name as the people related to Steve C. (Romita … which is his wife’s maiden name).

I don’t know whether the Chvoys are also related.

  69. Actually 1067 and 1068 San Mateo Dr ive … I guess that would be across the street? Don’t know how the street numbers are laid out there.

  70. Is the Joliet Junior College North campus, which is near San Mateo Drive the campus that Stacy went to?

    Just curious.

  71. You’re welcome, Rescue. Apparently the corner’s jury was swayed by the cop who testified on dp’s behalf. He should not have been there since he claimed to know dp, and dp denied knowing him.

  72. Here’s the link for the autopsy report.

  73. Still no Coroner’s Inquest, but from the May Chicago MagazineM

In the days immediately following her death, records show that state police, who had been brought in to investigate because the matter involved a Bolingbrook policeman, presented the case to then State’s Attorney Tomczak as a potential homicide. The Chicago Tribune has reported that a state police investigator in this case also appeared before a grand jury at that time. A spokesman for the state’s attorney will not comment on the grand jury, but adds that when the current state’s attorney took office half a year later, in the fall of 2004, his administration received no indication that the case was ongoing.

A coroner’s jury also looked into the circumstances of Kathy’s death. The coroner’s jury system, now widely considered anachronistic, involves a hearing at which the coroner questions investigators and other witnesses in front of a six-person jury. The jury rules on the manner of death, and its ruling is often factored into the state’s attorney’s decision as to whether to pursue the case. (In January 2007, Illinois law was changed to make the use of an inquest optional.)

In the hearing on Kathy’s death, Will County coroner Pat O’Neil questioned Sue Doman. According to the transcript, Sue said it was “very hard for me to accept” that her sister’s death was an accident, given the impending conclusion of the divorce case and in light of her history with Drew. “She was just terrified of him.”

Next, state police officer Herbert Hardy represented the state police’s opinion that the death was an accident. He wasn’t the lead investigator in the case and had not visited the crime scene. But he said Drew Peterson had an alibi, corroborated by his wife, Stacy. “His current wife was interviewed, his job was interviewed, all those neighbors around in his area were—were talked to,” Hardy testified. “We have no reason to believe at this time that . . . he was not where he said he was.”

After just two witnesses and O’Neil’s presentation of the pathology and toxicology reports, the jury took less than an hour (as one juror told Fox News anchor Greta Van Susteren) to determine that Kathy’s death was accidental.

O’Neil told Chicago he thought all along that the proper ruling would have been that the manner of death was “undetermined.” In the aftermath of the inquest, he recalls feeling “kind of empty.” (O’Neil, a Democrat, is up for reelection in November. Recently, his Republican opponent, Charles Lyons, has made the handling of the inquest an issue in the campaign.)

Sue remembers feeling shocked and defeated. “We left with our heads down,” she says. The family believed there was nothing else to be done. Their overwhelming feeling was, “We lost.”

    **********
Nothing mentioned about talking to his son, Stephen, or his gf, Jennifer. But, since there were only two witnesses to testify at the Coroner’s Inquest, Susan Doman and Herbert Hardy, about the only other way of knowing if Stephen or Jennifer were home is by the actual police reports.

  74. Tipster assists in sex offender notification

Call alerts law enforcement of status of out-of-state sex offender

    by Kevin Lilly
    Pharos-Tribune news editor

With the help of a tipster, an investigator with the Cass County prosecutor’s office learned that an Illinois man who was recently charged with battery is a sexual predator in his home state.

Investigator Pat Shively received information from a member of the public that 29-year-old Yelton Cales of Downers Grove, Ill., is a sexual predator required to register annually for the rest of his life. Shively said the prosecutor’s office was not aware of Cales’ background.

“We really appreciate comments like this,” Shively said.

He encourages others to call as well. Sex offenders must register, but not all do when required. The public can be a big help in compliance with the registry law, Shively said.

Cales was arrested in Logansport on July 24 on charges that he attacked three people with a board. Police responded to the 200 block of West Ottawa Street to find the husband of one of the victims holding Cales to the ground.

According to a police report, Cales had nearly collided with another vehicle. He then put his vehicle in reverse and struck a house. Cales allegedly proceeded to fight with three people, including a woman and a juvenile.

Cales has been charged with three counts of battery resulting in bodily injury and endangering a person while operating while intoxicated. At least one more charge could be filed.

Prosecutor Kevin Enyeart said his office must compare Illinois law to Indiana law to determine whether Cales should have registered as a sex offender in Indiana.

“If it correlates to similar Indiana statute that would require him to register, then under interstate compacts, he would be required to register here, but that’s what we have to check into,” Enyeart said.

The victim in Cales’ aggravated criminal sexual abuse conviction was 15 years old. Cales was 25 at the time. He was just recently released from prison.

According to an Illinois Department of Correction representative, Cales completed his sentence on June 4. Before his latest release, he had been in and out of prison multiple times since 2002.

Enyeart said if the law required Cales to register as a sex offender in Indiana, he would pursue the case.

“We’re being very aggressive about failure to register because that gives you and me and all the citizens of our county heads up if a sex offender is moving in next door,” he said. “That’s a benefit for everybody.”

Cales is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 15 for a pre-trial conference. He paid a bail bondsman $500 to get out of the Cass County Jail.

I SAW THIS AN THOUGHT TO POST THIS from another forum ….

  75. I saw this weeks ago. Honestly, I feel it adds nothing to what Drew Peterson is being investigated for. Sorry, Lug, but what’s the point, with all due respect?

Besides Stacy was, what, 17, when she caught Drew’s attention? He’s one and the same, as far as I’m concerned.

  76. rescueapet ,
I didn;t see this before and I was not sure if anyone saw this, so I posted this, no big deal. I also thought he was helping in the searches is all too…. and also this is news so I posted it just like everyone else posts things that may not be about drrews case soooo.

yes I know stacy was what 17 when she met drew and yelton was same as you say,… Iam in kinda the same situation , my daughter was 16 at one point dating a 30 yr old and still with this jerk

  77. I’m following the Caylee case, but won’t comment about it anymore because some people got upset with my opinion that Casey is innocent. It’s just an opinion and a hunch, but apparently that is enough to get you ignored and considered a troll here.

  78. Hey 1chordwonder, it is always possible. I just can’t get past the smell of a dead body in the car.

  79. I hadn’t seen that about Yelton. Damn.

I was hoping the guy could turn out better. Something about his eyes, it gets to me. Oh well, yeah, I was told I was wrong about him, guess so.

  80. 1chord – I guess when I first read your comment about Casey being innocent, I was a little shocked by that. But, believe me, if you’re civil and respectful to others when you make comments, you deserve the opportunity to express your opinion.

I also can’t get past a few things. Like, every lead she’s given the police has led to a dead end. The police followed through, in the beginning, everything she told them. How long should they continue to follow her empty leads, at the taxpayer’s expense? No babysitter, friends that were with her during the “missing” period that said she lied and acted as though nothing were wrong, cadaver dogs hitting on the car. Why doesn’t the defense get their own cadaver dogs and see what they find?

Everyone, and I mean everyone, wants to hope there’s a glimmer of a chance that baby is alive, but the circumstances just don’t pan out. The young woman sounds like she’s had issues all along, and her parents are enablers. They’re all dysfunctional.

  81. There are a few things that make me suspicious of the mom in Caylee’s disappearance.

    1. History of lying and theft
    2. Taking the gasoline from parent’s garage
    3. Borrowing of the shovel
    4. The smell of decay in the car
    5. The smell of smoke on her clothes
    6. Didn’t mention to friends that Caylee was missing
    7. Didn’t report Caylee’s disappearance to police
    8. The lies she told to police after being taken into custody (babysitter’s address, her own work place, etc.)

I imagine it’s possible that there is some sort of strange kidnapping situation going on, but she’s got a lot of questionable events and circumstances connected to her. I hope the answers come soon.

  82. Yeah, like her own parents know she’s on the edge, and they’re just trying to figure out a way to get her to spill out the truth once and for all. These parents know exactly how to handle her, but, the problem is they have to do it in front of the whole world. That being, every conversation they have with her is taped and dispersed to the public. They can’t play her silly game anymore because everyone’s watching, so they act like they believe her so she buys it.

  83. hedidit – thank you very much.

It just seems that every source that ever had the Corner’s Inquest Report leads to a dead link. I’ve found boards and sources that once had the Coroner’s Inquest Report, but they go nowhere now. It’s the weirdest thing. Just the autopsy report is available.

Strange, huh? Unless someone saved it to their own hard drive, it’s no where to be found.

  84. By all accounts, Casey is a good mother who had a loving relationship w/ Caylee. If she belived that her daughter was dead, whether it was an accident or intentional, she would be extremely upset. I believe she knows who has her daughter and I think whoever it is has ties to Universal Studios. Why else would she lie about her employment, knowing full well it would be disproved? I think she wanted the cops to go there and hopefully find something out. One of the people she named supposedly was also fired from Universal Studios. The cadaver dog hits in the back yard were “inconsistent” according to Cindy Anthony on Greta. I heard a report that she had loaned her car out. Evidence can be planted easily enough, including an object w/ the smell of decomposition. Why would she break into her shed to get gas cans, but not to get a shovel? I suspect the former fiance may be involved somehow as he was one of the people she called during the “flurry” of calls she made on the last day Caylee was seen. Her attorney appeared to be baffled by Casey’s behavior at first, then seemed to have been more confident in her innocence after he got to talk to her. Casey said she gave her attorney a letter and the attorney says he never got it. I think the people at the jail just didn’t pass the letter, and why is Casey not allowed to have pen and paper? According to a report in the Orlando Sentinel she has been a model prisoner. None of us want to believe this, but it is true……there are many corrupt LE officers, judges etc. who can be bought or have favors to return. One good look at the Peterson case verifies that. Casey should not have lied, but I believe she has her reasons, mainly to protect her daughter. How did Casey know a Zenaida Gonzalez went to that apartment complex? According to Mark Furhman it definite was not Casey Anthony who looked at an apartment that day. Things just don’t add up.

Please don’t jump me, people. It’s only a opinion and I am not a troublemaker. I get hunches and one of my hunches located a missing girl. I know some will say I’m lying, and that’s okay. I used to be a skeptic myself.

  85. 1chord – I’m just going to let it go at that. But, I must say, how many times have you seen a “loving, caring” parent kill their little children. Does Andrea Yates sound familiar? Good mothers lose it. It happens, sadly.

  86. LE has said that one possible scenario is an accidental death – as in she may have left the child in the car where she suffered heat stroke and succumbed.

Her crimes may just be neglect and then attempting to hide her guilt.

I do hope we find out…cuz I’m nosy like that.

  87. I can believe it was accident, and Casey just went over the edge because of it. Now, she needs to come to grips with what happened and tell everyone where her baby is buried.

  88. I wonder…if this Psychic Body Hunter group out there will find her. And if they don’t what will the reason be ? hmmmmmm…

  89. LOL, psychic, schmychic. If they were really crystal ball readers, they’d be gazillionaires by now picking all the winning lottery numbers or living in Las Vegas!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    __________________________

Is this CHRISTINE TOMCZAK related in anyway to JEFF TOMCZAK? And, what type of transport company, do you know?
