Peterson’s reputed fiance moves back in

Drew Peterson’s 24-year-old reputed fiance has moved back in with him, according to multiple sources.
Earlier this month, Christina Raines told CBS’ “The Early Show” that her engagement to the 55-year-old former Bolingbrook police sergeant had been a publicity stunt.
But late Tuesday night, in a brief interview with the Tribune, she retracted her statement and said that she was indeed engaged to Peterson. She didn’t say why she had called her engagement to Peterson a stunt on the morning program.
But all along, Peterson and his attorney, Joel Brodsky, have insisted the couple’s relationship was no hoax.
Raines had been living with Peterson and her two children before moving out on Jan. 30. She moved back in with him on Tuesday.
Raines is at least Peterson’s sixth fiancee. He’s been married four times.
His current wife, Stacy, disappeared at the age of 23 in October 2007 and Peterson is the sole suspect in her case. His third wife, Kathleen Savio, was found dead in an empty bathtub in March 2004. Authorities now say that a second autopsy of the 40-year-old woman indicated her death was a homicide.
Drew Peterson declined to comment on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the Illinois Appellate Court upheld a lower court’s ruling that the findings of the second autopsy were enough reason for Savio’s estate to be reopened. Last year, a Will County judge replaced Peterson’s uncle, James Carroll, as executor of the estate with Savio’s father, Henry, and sister, Anna Doman. The ruling gives them the power to file a wrongful-death lawsuit against Peterson.
Brodsky said Peterson’s legal team is “seriously considering” an appeal to the state Supreme Court.
During Raines’ interview on “The Early Show,” she seemed unsure of herself, often quietly answering questions after long pauses.
Raines, during the interview, had said she knew Stacy Peterson, but when asked by the interviewer if Drew had talked to her about his missing wife, Raines declined to answer.
Raines’ father appeared on the show with her.
